Here you can breathe passion and desire to do well, because we managed to create the link between the tavern and the restaurant, without the heavy superstructures that haute cuisine brings with it. In simple terms, “we do what we like to do and we try to do it the best we can”. We self-represent ourselves, or rather we let ourselves be represented by what our customers say about us, because we don’t like definitions. Contaminations? Of course we do, but without labels: our cuisine is not fusion and we don’t even let traditional food bridle us, our cuisine is the way it pleases us.
